High speed tunable all-pass filter based on lithium niobate waveguide loop

抄録

A novel compact, tunable all-pass filter based on lithium niobate (LN) planar waveguide loop is proposed and demonstrated with preliminary transmission measurement. The tunability and chromatic dispersion characteristics of the device are theoretically estimated.
