    抄録

    This paper presents a flexible long-term load forecasting method by the application of a new dynamic simulation method-General Simulation method. This method divides relations of factors affecting the electric load into functional and impact relations, and by describing the functional relations with functional formula and the impact relations with impact matrix, has the ability to deal with these two kinds of relations simultaneously. By the learning of the historical data the inter-dependencies between the load-affecting factors are grasped and future load can be forecasted accurately.
