抄録

Multilayer thin films of alternating poly-lysine (PDADMAC), DR80, and DNA are assembled using the alternate polyelectrolyte deposition (APD) approach based on electrostatic interaction. Organization of DNA, polypeptides, enzymes, on electrode surfaces by this method is demonstrated. Monolayers and multilayers are assembled on surfaces using polyelectrolytes as linking units. The photoisomerization and dye aggregation behavior under unpolarized and polarized irradiation conditions is characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy. Azobenzene-containing polyelectrolyte films is used as substrates for biosensor development.
