Seamless access networks using radio-over-fiber technology for high-speed trains

    抄録

    This paper reviews seamless networks based on radio-over-fiber (RoF) technology. We focus on train communication networks (TCNs) consisting of optical networks and many radio access units (Raus). Waveform for radio communications can be effectively delivered to each Rau by RoF. The TCN can be controlled by train location information to reduce overhead due to hand-over in mobile communication systems.
