抄録

Evidence for superconductivity in a boron-doped diamond thin film was reported. The film was grown by microwave plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD). An advantage of the MPCVD-deposited diamond is that it contains boron at high concentration. Superconducting transition temperatures were determined by transport measurements. The upper critical field was also determined.
