N2 - In this paper, a method of evaluating the production control efficiency level of the plant is proposed. Evaluating system for the production control had been developed as the Diagnosis Model of the Production Control Efficiency Level of the Plant which contains eight functional key indicators. The synthetic results of the plant are figured by utilizing the theory and methodology of Data Envelopment Analysis. Efficiency of the plant, result of improvement activities as well as the ranking of eight plants in six countries is presented.
