Transcutaneous fluorescent imaging with a depth-dependent point spread function

抄録

The transcutaneous fluorescent imaging (TFI) method was applied to the imaging of a small experimental animal such as a rat. The feasibility of the functional imaging in TFI was verified. To make this method more practical, a technique of scattering suppression was proposed. The depth-dependent PSF was derived as an analytical solution in a closed form. The applicability of this technique to the functional TFI and its usefulness were demonstrated in animal experi ments.
